Problem when installing Flex 2 with Eclipse 3.3

So I'm quite a noob when it comes to web developing, and I've only just installed Eclipse (I will post how to do that shortly for noobs like me).

I was also installing Flex 2 so I could start playing around with the tools in there, and I found it has a problem identifying Eclipse 3.3.
